Since founding Perkins, Mann & Everett in 1985, Jerry H. Mann's practice has focused on civil litigation and the transactional needs of clients throughout Central California.  He has provided successful results to clients ranging from businesses in the construction (private and public works) and manufacturing industries to a project management firm that does business with the major utilities in California and the California Public Utilities Commission.

Mr. Mann received a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, graduating cum laude in 1980.  While at Loyola, he was a member of the St. Thomas More Honor Society.  He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Berkeley in 1977, graduating with Honors. He was admitted to practice law in California in 1980, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court Eastern and Northern Districts of California. Prior to beginning his practice, he served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable George Hopper and the Honorable George N. Zenovich, both Associate Justices for the California Court of Appeal, Fifth District.

Mr. Mann is a member of the Business Law and Real Property Law Sections of the Fresno County Bar Association, and a member of the Litigation and Employment Law Sections of the State Bar of California and an associate member of the Association of General Contractors. He has volunteered a considerable amount of time to various non-profit organizations in the Fresno community.
